ECR 2011 - Call for Abstracts
You are cordially invited to visit the ECR 2011 Electronic Abstract Submission System (EASS) at www.myESR.org/abstractsubmission2011 (open from July 5) to submit your paper abstract(s) online. The system provides detailed instructions and guidelines for submission. To access the EASS, please use your login and password from previous years or create a new user account.

All abstracts for scientific papers for ECR 2011 must be submitted by September 18, 2010 at the latest, in order to be considered by the board of reviewers.
Please observe the deadline to ensure the evaluation of your submission.
Scientific paper abstracts must not exceed 250 words and should be structured as follows:
Purpose – Methods and Materials – Results – Conclusion
You can edit or delete your abstract online at any time before September 18, 2010. If you wish to withdraw your paper after that date, you must inform the ESR Office in writing by email or fax in order to allow for a replacement.
Please note that only digital material will be allowed for oral presentations. It can be submitted online prior to ECR 2011 and/or be transferred from the speaker's CD-ROM, DVD, Zip disk or USB device to a central server onsite at least 2 hours prior to the session. Computers connected to data projectors are provided in each lecture room for the speaker to retrieve the saved data. Own laptops may not be used.
If your scientific paper abstract is accepted for oral presentation at ECR 2011, we will offer you the possibility to additionally present your digital material in EPOSTM.
Presenters of accepted scientific papers (no first or second authors) who have paid their ESR membership fee by October 27, 2010, can attend ECR 2011 for a reduced fee of €150.
Notifications of acceptance and guidelines for presentation will be available by November 2010.
