February 2017

Join us at the ECR 2017 HIMSS Satellite Symposium ’Clinical Analytics - decision support for personalised medicine and population health management’ to find out how the Digital Imaging Adoption Model drives radiological practice in the 21st century!

In order to provide imaging departments with a framework for assessing the maturation of their IT-related capabilities, HIMSS Analytics and the European Society of Radiology have created the Digital Imaging Adoption Model (DIAM). The model identifies the levels of imaging IT capabilities ranging from limited electronic image management up to a digitised imaging department or centre with fully developed health information exchange, artificial intelligence and personalised medicine capabilities.

This session provides an opportunity to learn how to master key challenges of the digital transformation process that affects imaging departments around the world. The speakers will provide insights on how to leverage information technology in imaging departments to improve workflows and care outcomes. The symposium’s special focus on issues at the cutting edge of IT technology and clinical analytics capabilities is an event radiologists should not miss!
