How to use the
ESR Premium Education Package (PEP)
ESR Connect
On the ESR Connect platform, you can collect CME credits for attending webinars live. The upcoming webinars and courses can be viewed here. The ESOR Foundation Courses are an exclusive part of the ESR Premium Education Package.
Attending a CME-accredited course or webinar live
On the day of the course, shortly before the webinar starts, the stream will appear in the top area of the course page. If you do not see the stream, please refresh the page.
After attendance, an evaluation form will be available under “My Evaluation” (click the profile image in the top right area of the page to open menu and click “My Evaluation”). After submission, your CME certificate appears under “My Certificates“.
Watching courses/webinars on-demand
For the duration of your active ESR PEP subscription, you have access to watching or re-watching courses and past sessions on-demand. Live courses are usually uploaded to the “Premium Education Package Area” within a day; you’ll receive an email and/or a notification in the top-right corner of the ESR Connect platform.
CME credits cannot be earned for on-demand viewing (unless stated otherwise) as the webinars/events are only accredited by UEMS for their live duration.

If the form doesn’t appear under “My Evaluation” after a live session, wait up to 1 hour and refresh. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, please email [email protected] and we will check for issues.
A. Webinar start time:
ESR Connect follows Central European Time (CET/CEST). Check that your local time matches the listed start time.
B. Login status:
Check the top right corner if you are logged in. As a logged in user, you will see a profile image in the top right corner instead of the word ‘Login’.
- If you are visiting a course page, and you’re seeing a lock icon/cannot watch on-demand recording, please check if you are currently logged in on the ESR Connect platform. E.g.:

- If you have an active ESR Premium Education Package subscription and you ARE logged in, but still cannot access the content:
- (For recently purchased package) Please log out and log back in. This will force a permission check from the ESR MyUserArea portal.
- It is possible you have more than one account registered with the ESR and you are currently not logged in with the account which includes the active subscription. Please contact us at [email protected], we will check for account duplicates and offer merging the accounts to avoid similar issues in the future.
- If you are visiting a course page, and you’re seeing a lock icon/cannot watch on-demand recording, please check if you are currently logged in on the ESR Connect platform. E.g.:

Education on Demand Premium
For on-demand CME collection, use Education on Demand Premium to learn at your own pace.
CME information appears in the grey box below the course description.
Self-assessment courses do not carry CME credits.

Click the Reset Password button in the email that has been automatically sent to your mailbox and set a new password for your account.
After you have set your password please proceed to instruction from point 2 above.
