As Europe’s largest congress for radiology and imaging, ECR represents an entire ecosystem of science, innovation, and networking waiting to be explored. It’s a world that invites radiologists, industry partners and other imaging professionals to become pioneers, uncovering the wonders of an unknown planet – all in the heart of Vienna.
All ECR 2025 tickets are valid for onsite and online access during February 26 to March 2, 2025. On-demand access is included until March 9, 2025.

Legal Information
All fees in EUR; 10% VAT included
According to § 3a (11) and § 3a (11a) Austrian VAT Act registration fees for conferences are taxable in Austria. Austrian VAT must be invoiced to individuals and companies, regardless of their individual VAT registration (applicable to EU & non-EU countries).
Please note that registration fees do not include travel expenses, hotel accommodation, social events or food.
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.
1. By credit card: Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard.
2. By bank transfer: please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.
No cheques will be accepted.
Member tickets are only available if ESR membership 2024 was settled by August 31, 2024. The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).
A confirmation by e-mail has to be sent to [email protected] from the head of department/hospital or professional representative body confirming the professional status no later than 5 days after online registration. This document has to be signed by the head of department/hospital or professional representative body and written on official hospital letterhead. If this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee. The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).
Please note that the hospital manager ticket will not allow you to gain CME credits. A confirmation by e-mail has to be sent to [email protected] confirming the professional status no later than 5 days after online registration. This document has to be signed by the head and written on official hospital letterhead. If this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee.
Undergraduate students without academic title under the age of 30 can register for reduced fees. A scan of your student-ID and passport is required – please send your proofs to [email protected]. Please note that the student registration will not allow you to gain CME credits.
The Presenter Member fee of EUR 380,- is available for all presenting authors of accepted oral and poster abstracts who are ESR members in good standing by August 31, 2024. The presenting authors of accepted abstracts without ESR 2024 membership (or membership settled after the deadline) can still register for ECR 2025 for the Opening Fee.
Important information:
• The Presenter Member ticket will only be available after the decision notification email is sent in December 2024.
• This offer will only be available if registration is finalised by December 17, 2024, and only applies to the presenting author (not first or any other authors). If the presenting author cannot register for the congress, they have the option to make an attending co-author or colleague the presenting author so that this person can present their work at the congress.

The European Society of Radiology is offering complimentary registration for our Full Members in Training across Europe who submitted an abstract for ECR 2025 by October 10, 2024.
Abstract Presenters who are Full Members in Training and are eligible for the offer will receive a notification in December 2024 to complete their registration (rejected applicants will still be able to register for ECR 2025 for the reduced Opening Fee).
