Legal Information
All fees in EUR; 20% VAT included
According to § 3a (11) and § 3a (11a) Austrian VAT Act registration fees for conferences are taxable in Austria. Austrian VAT must be invoiced to individuals and companies, regardless of their individual VAT registration (applicable to EU & non-EU countries).
Please note that registration fees do not include travel expenses, hotel accommodation, social events or food.
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.
1. By credit card: Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard.
2. By bank transfer: please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.
No cheques will be accepted.
Member tickets are only available if ESR membership 2023 was settled by August 31, 2023. The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).
A confirmation by e-mail has to be sent to [email protected] from the head of department/hospital or professional representative body confirming the professional status no later than 5 days after online registration. This document has to be signed by the head of department/hospital or professional representative body and written on official hospital letterhead. If this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee. The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).
Please note that the hospital manager ticket will not allow you to gain CME credits. A confirmation by e-mail has to be sent to [email protected] confirming the professional status no later than 5 days after online registration. This document has to be signed by the head and written on official hospital letterhead. If this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee.
Undergraduate students without academic title under the age of 30 can register for reduced fees. A scan of your student-ID and passport is required – please send your proofs to [email protected]. Please note that the student registration will not allow you to gain CME credits.
The fee of €380 applies to presenters whose abstracts or posters have been accepted for presentation and who are ESR 2023 members in good standing by August 31, 2023.
Important information: This offer will only be available if registration is finalised by December 19, 2023.
Once the reduced registration payment is completed, the ticket is not refundable or transferrable.
